When we decorated for Christmas {way too early} Carina responded by assuming all of the decorations were new toys for her to play with...and break.
It wasn't long before she dropped one of the wise men from the hand-crafted Nativity Set that Mike and I purchased in Mazatlan, Mexico when we were on our honeymoon. The poor wise man is now split in half. In retrospect, it was silly of us to think that we could put them somewhere that was within her reach and that they would all remain intact. We moved the Nativity out of reach and she was devastated. She screamed, "noooo baby Jesus!" and it broke our hearts so what did we do?
Buy her a Nativity set that she could play with, of course. And she LOVES it.

P.S. Yeah you might be able to hear my voice in the background saying, "turn it off! Stop recording!" Mike filmed this, and he is notorious for recording for 10+ minutes at a time which results in such huge files you can't do anything with them hehe ;)
