As I'm writing this post I cannot, for the ever-loving LIFE of me, make it stop. This song might even be a contributing factor as to why I'm having difficulty falling asleep at night. It just plays on an infinite loop inside my head...
I would normally just turn it off or put on another TV show, but Carina is obsessed with it. When she first notices it is coming on, she squeals "WHY! WHY!" over and over again. And then she remains glued to the TV for the next 28 minutes. Other shows? She couldn't possibly care less. This is the only one she wants to watch.
I've tried distracting her with both Curious George and Clifford the Big Red Dog, but to no avail. Despite her love of dogs and monkeys, she scoffs at their feeble attempts to entertain her and demands "WHY!" I think I'm destined to sing myself to sleep with the Super Why theme or Alpha Pig's ABC song for the foreseeable future...
