Quite obviously, your life as you know it really changes once that squishy bundle of newborness springs forth from your loins. Your nights are soon filled with spit up and screaming instead of heading to your favorite bar to down Rum & Cokes. Your days might be consumed by tummy time and the Itsy Bitsy Spider instead of relaxing with a book or a trip to the nail salon.
But, what about those things that you didn't really expect? Those aspects of your new life that have you rather taken by surprise...
...that you might never again be able to enjoy a warm cup of coffee. By the time you are able to take a break from reading the fuzzy Cookie Monster book for the 12th time, it has sadly gone cold...
...that your "toys" are no longer your own. iPhone, remote control, {insert any other gadget with buttons here}...baby is going to get it and drool all over it and there's probably nothing you can do to stop her...
...that your days of taking a leisurely poop are over. Get down to business as quickly as possible, because your toddler is currently hurrying towards the kitty litter and making "mmmm!!" sounds...

My co-host for Toddle Along Tuesday this week is Brittany from Typically Torin and the topic is how life has changed! This could be since baby was born, since you've been pregnant, or even since you got married. Interpret it how you'd like. There are no rules here, except that you link up a relevant post (old or new) rather than your whole blog.
Next week's topic is letter to your child in the future! I cannot wait to write to teenage Carina. Old post or new post, either is fine!
