A year ago I
shared with you that M got a post-doctoral fellowship offer and that we would be moving to Connecticut before his start date of October 1st, 2011.
Well, today is October 1st, 2011 and clearly we are still in Wisconsin :)
M is frantically trying to write his thesis in preparation for a mid to late November defense, and then we will be moving right before his new December 1st start date.
So I will spend the next two months packing, figuring out how we can logistically make this move happen as
sanely smoothly as possible, and trying to find a place in Connecticut. Carina and I will be traveling out to Massachusetts to stay with my parents for a long weekend in the beginning of November, and will take a couple day trips down to New Haven to look at places. It doesn't look like too much is available (as November/December is not really the best time to move), so please keep your fingers crossed for us.
