It's made of nylon and has thermal foil lining inside to keep your lunch/bottles/whatever else cool or warm. It is the perfect size for my lunch and a bottle or sippy cup for Carina. I can even fit a water bottle on top. This is so useful for when we head out to the zoo or the park and don't want to worry about bringing a cooler or finding somewhere to buy lunch.
