More things I don't want to forget

I can't believe it has been 4 months since I tried to capture all of the things that I don't want to forget about you, sweet Carina.  Every day I think of more and more....

-Your pout face, which could rival your Daddy's. I don't want to forget how cute it is, but really, it would be okay if you stopped doing this or else Mommy is going to have a hard time saying "No" later in life.  I am still so sad we have yet to capture it on camera.

-That beautiful smile.  No further explanation needed.

-Your brows that furrow when you encounter something new or different - what are you thinking so deeply about, love?

-How everything currently falls victim to your mouth.  Remote controls, beer bottles (empty, of course), Daddy's finger, Mommy's arm, even the cats.  The kitties are not food, remember that.

-The sound of your voice: squeals, coos, giggles, gurgles, "Mama", "Dada", and "Baba"- is that supposed to be boobie?  Basically anything and everything that comes out of that mouth (except spit up, of course).  It all dances on my eardrums.

-Your quest for beer.  You don't seem to care when there is a cup of water in front of you.  But oh, when it's beer, you won't stop until it's yours.  You are a determined little baby.

-How excited you get when Mommy and Daddy come home from work.  Your flailing arms and kicking legs are the highlight of my day.

-The face you make when you cry. It does make me sad but it's still so adorable.  I try so hard not to laugh at you, because that makes you even angrier...

-Your resounding belly laugh.  It cracks me up each and every time.

-How much you love your friend the seahorse.  When you put your hand on his glowing stomach, I melt.  Especially when you fall asleep that way.

-The fact that your favorite toy is currently Daddy's glasses.  As soon as he scoops you up in his arms, your little hands go straight for them, and then you pull them off and wave them about.

-How after 2 months of eating solid food, you still put up a fight every.single.time

Witnessing your little personality (ahem - big personality) develop is the most fascinating thing I have ever experienced.  Mommy is tearing up at the thought of you growing up; please don't do it too fast.
